General Description
Product is whole polyclonal antiserum from rabbits immunized with highly
purified human complement protein. The product is not a purified IgG fraction. Rabbits
are maintained in FDA certified facilities.
Physical Characteristics & Structure
Antibodies present in the antisera are primarily IgG.
Applications
Western Blots: Effective at dilutions 1/500 to 1/1000 depending on conditions.
Most effective against non-reduced antigen.
ELISA: Effective at dilutions 1/500 to 1/2000 depending on conditions.
Immunodiffusion: Effective against NHS (50 µg/mL C3a) at 1/4 dilution.
